Welcome to day 2 of my weight loss journey. This morning I weighed in at 305.0 pounds, 0.4 pounds less than yesterday. That came as something of a surprise given that I had the perception that I ate much more than I should have yesterday. Regardless of the positive outcome this time, I clearly need to make more of an effort to avoid eating too much. My working theory is that if I think I ate too much, I probably did.
